How to exchange product (Defect):

In-Store Purchase

1. Visit Outpost Outlets where you make the purchase.

2. Bring along the original receipt. Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

3. Our team will validate your request accordingly.


There are 2 ways to exchange defect product if you bought on Shopee:

1. Exchange at HQ

- Please take picture / video of the defect area and chat us at Shopee chat.

- Our team will give a WhatsApp link that you can contact.

-We will send you an address for you to ship back. 

*Please be informed that we will refund the shipping fee. Please take a picture of the shipping receipt so we can refund it.  

2. Exchange at Outpost's Outlets

- Please take picture / video of the defect area and chat us at Shopee chat.

- Please stated which outlets you want to go.

- Our team will check the stock whether it is available at the stated outlet.

- If it is available, we will prepare an exchange form for you.

- You can show the exchange form to the outlet's staff.

* Exchange at the outlets is depends on the availability of the size/product that you want to exchange

*Please contact our representative to get the form before you go to our outlets

*Exchange cannot be made if you fail to show the form. Please contact us at 60169847559 to get the form. 

**Please contact us our within 14 days from your completed time on Shopee

**Example: You click 'Order Received' on 25/8/2022 on Shopee so you must contact us within 14 days from this date
